Rachel is a great helper.

I got Joseph dressed.
Then he played in the play yard. He doesn't care that it's pink. He's secure in his masculinity.
Rachel and I played with her ball.

After Rachel's nap she dressed up like a fairy and flew around the living room.
Then Doug took her on a "flight" through the neighborhood.
She loves to go biking with Daddy.
I spent some time reading. I've joined this mentoring group. I would never have purchased this book on my own. But I am thrilled with it so far. I really relate to the author's story. I hope that her process will give me a renewed strength in my life.
I took advantage of some Joseph and me time. So, while Doug and Rachel went to Autozone, I took Joe's 6 month pictures.
Then I took hand prints and foot prints.
I did this for Rachel's first year. Now I'm doing it for Joseph. It's really fun to see the growth from month to month.
Time for Family Home Evening!

Rachel loves it when we let her color as part of our activities.
Joseph took his evening nap.
Meanwhile Rachel made preparations for bed. Every night we wash her hands and face then brush her teeth. I wish I could say she got a bath every night. But, we are just not that organized and she doesn't get that dirty.
Ready for bed? I am!
