Catching Up and Festival of Trees 2013

There is no way to truly catch up on all that hasn't been blogged.  So, I'm not going to.  What I will do is post the pictures without the witty commentary.  I'm just going to give you a short explanation, a date and then pictures.

Doug and I went to the opening night of Festival of Trees December 3, 2013.  Yes.  A year ago today.

It's fun to go on opening night because it is the only time you can see prices.  It's the night most trees are sold.

This was my favorite tree last year.

Apparently I have a hard time cutting down the commentary.  I'll do better next time.

Joey's First Day of Preschool

Joey wanted to go to preschool as soon as he realized that was what Rachel was doing.  At age 2 he began reciting, "When I turn 3 I can go to preschool."

When he turned 3 years old he announced, "Now I can go to preschool."  He was extremely disappointed when he didn't get to go the morning of his birthday.

Miss Barbara was super nice and allowed him to go with Rachel once.  So when we moved to Spanish Fork Joey began a new mantra.  "Where am I going to go to preschool?  You need to find me a preschool."

Thankfully, we found Miss Jamie.  I have only heard rave reviews when it comes to Jamie Frame's preschool.  So the day finally arrived.  Here he is with his new preschool class.

Joey is now a full blown preschooler.  Here is his first day of preschool interview.  Link
