Rachel had a blast.
Joe was having fun until the inevitable face plant occurred.
"You said this would be fun!"
We helped Rachel and Joseph make their first snow angels.
Joseph's little angel was made against his will.
I felt bad the next day when Joseph had snow burn on his face.
It looks like he's forgiven me though.
A couple of days I took Rachel and Joseph to Walmart with me. All of a sudden Rachel hollered, "Oh no! Joey! Oh no!" My heart leaped because of the worry in Rachel's voice. I quickly asked her what the matter was. I thought he had thrown up or something. Rachel was so shaken that all she could get out was three words, "Joseph in snow."
ReplyDeleteIt was then that my heart began beating again. Rachel was reliving the moment when the sled capsized and Joseph landed face first in the snow. She had been holding him. I'm sure it was scary. His gush of tears probably didn't help her feel any better.
Fun! I'm glad you got out to enjoy the snow.
