Temple Quarry Hike

I am really trying to up my fitness quotient.  So, on Friday, June 29th, I posted on Facebook that I was planning to go hiking with the kids.  I invited anyone and everyone to come with me.  I was thrilled that my friend Melissa came.  She brought her son Josh (12 years old) and her nephew Marcus (2 years old).

Josh was wonderful with the kids and Marcus was totally Rachel's speed.

 

 

Stroller confinement on a hot day isn't quite as fun as hiking.

 

But, Joe was a real trooper.

 

Josh was like a mountain goat, climbing everything.

It's really fun exploring new worlds with the kids.
