Bethany is one of the best friends I have ever had. Six weeks as mission companions and two and a half years as roommates will do that.
She is marrying TJ Hopkins. TJ is so cool. He willingly helped set up for the shower.
His sister, Corrine, another one of my favorite people, headed up this wonderful celebration.
Janet, Bethany's future mother-in-law, was Corrine's partner in crime. In this picture she has fallen prey to the red food coloring monster.
She wasn't the only one.
We ate wonderful food.

Rachel spent a lot of time entertaining Bethany. Or was it the other way around?
Bethany had a good turnout of friends and family.
Some were happier about being there than others.
You can't have a shower without lots and lots of presents.
I gave her this towel wedding cake.
No, she did not get to keep this cute bundle of energy.
But, Rachel was happy to help with the unwrapping.
It was a fun day for everyone.
Now the countdown begins. Only 17 days left until the big day (March 27).
